Wow, I just encountered the most unprofessional duo from this company. Two individuals who wouldn't identify themselves wearing the AMS logo on their shirts. Then I called the company number listed and the individual I spoke with seemed as though my recount of the situation wasn't unfamiliar with him. ****I'm willing to adjust the review with a formal in person apology from the owner of the company along with the two individuals involved. Otherwise, I'll consider the dismissal of my request your true colors.

I cannot recommend AMS as a supplier for LuxLap through my latest experience. Having seen the LuxLap product online and hearing great things - we were directed to the local distributor AMS for the pacific northwest region. It took 40 days to place an order, and on day 50 - we have no idea when its going to arrive. Tamara was unresponsive throughout the entire process and required multiple nudges, phone calls, and even escalation to LuxLap to respond to getting a PO issued. We wired the money the same day as the PO, and heard nothing for 2 weeks. We had to then again reach out and we still do not have an expected delivery date or even a rough timeline of when the material will arrive. Perhaps it was never in the AMS business plan to work with residential builders and that a $14,000 purcha
