Oliver is super friendly and humble. All timelines were held appropriately. Customer service picked up the phone and arranged the appointment immediately. I called a few places and they were the only ones who picked up immediately. I will say that Oliver does tend to run on his own timeline during the day - I asked twice for a 2pm time but he came earlier. All that to say the job was done on time and done well. Used the washer three times already and no issue. Price was fair too.

Oliver diagnosed and repaired our stove in less than 20 minutes. I received a phone call 30 minutes prior to our appointment time, and he arrived promptly. He was courteous and efficient. Ryan was very nice and came the same day to fix my dryer. He knew exactly what was wrong with it and fixed it in a timely manner. The price was reasonable. I will call them again if I have any other issues in the future.

One of our ovens was not getting hot. It's a new stove so we contacted Defender Appliance and was charged $165 for the heating system adjustment. A few days later, the oven was still not getting hot. We reached back out and were told a technician would come out. He never showed and never called. Contacted him again and we were told he had car trouble, and he'd come the next day between 12-3. Again, no call no show. Contacted the main office and requested a manager to contact us. No one ever did. This issue has been going on for three weeks.
