I’m extremely satisfied with the service from Anacapa Heating And Air. The technician was on time, very courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. He had all his tools ready and fixed my HVAC heating system on the first try, the very same day. The maintenance was excellent, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

After several months of battling my home warranty company to replace a mini-split system in my home, I finally decided to take matters into my own hands and hire a contractor and pay the cost out of pocket. I obtained estimates from Anacapa and one other company. I decided to go with Anacapa because they were able to install within the week versus the other company which was scheduling several weeks out. I was thrilled with my decision. After being told by another HVAC company that I needed a complete furnace replacement and that we were in danger of possible carbon monoxide poisoning, I decided to get a second opinion. I called Anacapa and Ruben came out and inspected the system. He confirmed that we did not in fact need a completely new system, but only needed a couple parts replaced.
