Lots of tile to choose from. Staff answered our questions but no pressure to buy. We ended up porcelain tile for a new remodeled bath and stone for shower floor. Will be ready in three days. Price was fair but not super cheap.

Ralph is super helpful! I'm designing a couple of bathrooms and really mulling over a lot of different options and he's been very accommodating.

Very disorganized and impolite. I originally bought tile from them for a kitchen backsplash. Even though I scheduled an appointment and arrived on time, they were surprised to see me. The girl helping me left midway through my appointment. While there, I requested an estimate for work at my house. I called a few days later, and they had no recollection of the request. Not only that, they tried to place blame on the kitchen company, though the appointment was requested with them. I would not recommend them to others considering the amount of choices we have in the OC.

awesome selection of flooring, tiles, marble, etc used them for my home remodel and pricing was a lot better than other shops in the area and customer service was great, 10/10 would recommend!!

Tried to call John based on recommendations from the Contractors I work with. Incredibly rude, and insulting, just because I wasn't the contractor.
