Ben and Charlie have gone above and beyond for us. We're rebuilding a historic house in Chesapeake City and they spent over an hour at our house when it was torn down to studs to figure out how the plumbing would work and where they would need to have vents and things like that hey to give us a quote. They worked with us to leave joists from 1900 exposed in the ceilings which didn't make their job any easier. I've worked with other subcontractors (HVAC and electric) in the process and I feel like I have to follow them around to make sure they show up on time and do what they're supposed to do when they're supposed to do it but I wasn't worried about these guys at all. I had trouble reaching this company (they didn't return my voicemail from yesterday) and when I finally did they told me on the phone that they do not perform any residential work; new construction only. Yet their reviews indicate residential work. Don't trust those reviews.
