Anchor Point was highly recommended to us and they lived up to the hype! We just purchased our first house here in Chicago and were concerned about the condition of our roof. We knew our sunroom had experienced significant water damage over time and discovered some soft spots on the roof. Anchor Point came out for a free inspection and confirmed that our sunroom roof needed to be replaced (but the rest of our roof was in good shape! Whew!) They answered all of our questions and worked with us to schedule around weather interruptions. Their communication with us was EXCELLENT. My contact person, Ever, kept me updated with shipping details regarding the materials and photos as the project got started. They completed the project in about 6 hours start to finish. Anchor Point Roofing repaired my chimney flashing. They were easy to contact, came out quickly to inspect and provide an estimate, then were able to fix the issue promptly.
