Brandon was able to help us get a new key for our car. We had lost it and we were never able to find it, gave Anchorage Locksmiths a call and they were able to get us scheduled the next day! They also offered same day service as well, but next day worked better for us! Brandon did a great job, he was very quick and informative! Appreciate them for getting us back on the road so quickly! Lead technician Brandon provided outstanding locksmith service for our new home. These guys were great. I showed up around 4pm to have two key remotes programmed and one key blank cut and programmed (all aftermarket parts I bought online). They were very knowledgeable during the entire process of cutting a new key as my original key was practically worn all the way down (took the time to scan my key, use that to cut a spare blank, run through 5~ iterations of cutting more keys using their spare blanks to make sure they had the right pattern before cutting the blank I brought in), and only took about 10 minutes to program the key remotes I brought in to have programmed and paired to my car. I would not hesitate to go here again, and would have full confidence recommending anybody I know to them. Very friendly dog too!

Tristan came out to our place to get a frozen front doorknob unstuck. I was told it would be an hour wait; he was there in maybe 15-20 minutes from my call for service. He got the door unstuck, inspected the knob, and offered preventive measures for locks in this crazy cold weather in Anc. that we're having.
