Great level of service, they truly went above and beyond from Brian’s quote to Zack and his crew on-site! We are pleased with the results of waterproofing our 125 year old house, and installing a new sump pump. Absolutely recommend them to anyone needing this done!

Anchored Walls did anchors and a full water-proofing system on my dad’s lake house. They were so great to work with from their sales team (Matt), to their front office (Maddy & Deb), their production manager (Lucas), and the foreman and his crew (Kyle & Sopheak). Their GM, Brad, even checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly and there were no concerns. The customer service was above and beyond my expectations. Anchored Walls waterproofed and placed anchors in my 1940s settling foundation. I can't say enough great things about this company - from starting our conversations with Deb, who communicated clearly and efficiently. She sent Brad out to give me a bid on my basement. Brad was courteous of my home and communicated expectations clearly. Great to work with. Install went great and the guys were awesome! If you are needing a proven and reliable company - call them!

From the initial estimate from Roger who was friendly and thoroughly explained my options to Lane and team who were very professional, in constant communication and did an amazing job.
