Steve was fantastic! He explained everything that was happening and what was needing to take place. He was respectful of our things and our home while they cleaned everything up. He also stayed very late on a Friday evening to make sure all work was complete and ready for the next day. Highly recommend! Eric

I had sewer backup into my basement and rainbow came right away! Brandon and Jason cleaned everything out...pool table, furniture, carpet. And hauled away. They power washed floors. Did an excellent job. Would recommend.

We had a kitchen fire after the new year. It was a devastating day for our family. When Rainbow Restoration came to our house, right away we knew we were dealing with professionals who cared. As our house got packed up, we were in touch every day with Toni and Jason, who were taking care of our personal belongings and furniture throughout the whole house. We can’t wait to move back to our house and know they took care of our personal items as if they were their own. They genuinely care about their clients and what their needs and requests are. I'm so glad I chose Rainbow from Winterset, IA. A team member came everyday to check the progress of my home (even the whole weekend). Abby, Brandon, and Tanner were very helpful answering all the questions I had. I was nervous having strangers in my home but they made me feel comfortable and eased my stress. Highly Recommended

We had a fire in our home . an overwhelming experience for us . Rainbow restoration company was called in for clean up and restoration of the home . They walked us through each step of the process . The clean up crew were a pleasure to have around . Abby and Jason's attitudes were always positive and also kept us informed of each days progress . We would highly recommend this company .
