I purchased a new home in Dec 2025 and wanted to update the floors to luxury vinyl. Knowing no one in RB, I decided to go to Carpet One where I met the most amazing woman, Holly Fields Scott. She is so knowledgeable about all the floor choices and helped me select the perfect floor for my new home. Eric who works there also was wonderful. This wasn’t an easy job because the joining rooms were previously carpeted and I wanted flat transitions from room to room. Leo and his installation crew did a fabulous job, installing new wall molding and trim. He was so polite and the crew arrived on time throughout the project. It couldn’t have bern more perfect. My sales experience was low key, no pressure with fair pricing by a wonderfully warm salesperson Tina. The installers were SPECTACULAR. The installers added hardwood floors that were joined to our current hardwood floors and it looks seamless. They were polite and attentive to detail. Exceptional experience!!!

They quickly helped me to assess the exact carpet that I needed for a heavily traveled and complicated stairway, saw that it was quickly available from the distributor, and installed it on time and perfectly. Tina was totally supportive throughout the process and no one could have done a better job than John in the installation. Very pleased with their work and will certainly return to them again for future carpet needs.
