I contacted Pella, because of their positive independent reviews, to hear what their rep had to say, and get a quote. Previously, I had been in touch with a contractor who recommended a less expensive brand. Pella had replaced all my exterior doors 2 years ago. DERRICK BEATTY arrived on time, was kind and respectful; great guy! His knowledge of these windows and all the different choice was extensive. Understanding our needs (and budget), he explained the value and quality vs. the contractor grade windows. Pella's warrantee guaranteeing workmanship was the added kicker that prompted us to sign on. We have confidence with Pella as we go forward.

I was hesitant about a service technician come in to repair a part i ordered for my door but was so glad i did. Ralph McCutcheon came in and not only fixed the door but taught me so much about how to maintain and adjust the doors in the future. I could not recommend him enough. The fee it cost me pales in comparison to the great experience i had. This guy should be writing manuals and working at upper echelons within the company!
