Anderson Concrete

Called to order concrete spoke with Brett. It was my first time calling my company installs patios in the Columbus area. Brett told me that he wasn’t doing any non contractor concrete work (prior to inquiring if I was a contractor) so I asked about opening an account. Instead of being helpful and courteous he proceeded to tell me all the reasons why I shouldn’t open an account with him. It’s a multiple week process credit checks etc he said. That’s all pretty standard except the multiple week process but Brett’s attitude let me know he didn’t want my business as he seemed inconvenienced by my call. I work with multiple vendors in columbus and haven’t run into one quite like Brett yet. Hopefully he was just having a bad day

Dispatch is completely incompetent. I understand they service and schedule their contractors first and only take residential customers on a day by day basis. However, when asked if he could give me an estimate on how often in a 10 day window there is an opportunity for a residential customer to get spot and he replied "there are days you can't get concrete". Don't waste your time or theirs calling.

I am extremely disappointed, to say the least, in the service we have received. The problems started in the sales department. One would assume that the representative of a company that sells a product would be far better informed on that product than any residential customer and should be ready to help the customer determine exactly what product is needed for a job. This was NOT our experience. We called around half an hour before they closed. The first words out of my roommate's mouth were, "I need to order some concrete," followed by, "What strength do you recommend for a driveway?" Any sales rep paying attention to their job should have noticed the red flags at that point and asked about a dozen questions before giving my roommate a strength of concrete and telling him to call the foll

First of all, I am an electrician not a concrete man. I had 2.5 yards of concrete delivered on a very poor day at best. The driver that delivered the concrete was extremely helpful. Made my job much easier. I will try to use Anderson's concrete on my next job also. A big thank you to Blake for his help

Super clean facility and friendly and helpful staff, as a bulk tank driver those are the qualities looked for when delivering.
