Anderson Heating & Air Conditioning

I wish I could offer a negative star but Google won't let me. The company came out to work on a small zoned area where the heat was coming out too hot. When they left, we lost ALL of the heat in a 14K square foot building. I questioned why we lost the heat when they left and Anderson air couldn't come up with answers. I asked questions without insulting anyone or swearing. I called a few times to get speak with someone. The lady who takes to calls in their office yelled and even cursed at me. The company didn't want to take any fault why the heat with completely out in the entire building although it was working before they got there. Anderson air came back out to our building, instead of working to fix the situation, they ABANDON 50+ people in that building. Apparently this was their

Dangerous, aggressive work van driver. I would never let this irresponsible and dangerous individual into my home. Defensive driving school is needed for this employee! I'm not the only one to encounter this behavior based on yelp reviews.

This is my go to place for all things sheet metal, every hair brained idea I go in with they are able to make it for me in a short period of time and they don't break the bank doing it.

The business is a great asset to the Lansing area. They are friendly and I would recommend them to anyone that may need their services..

Need to teach your service techs how to use their fkn turn signals when changing lanes .
