Tammy was very nice she made sure to keep me in the loop about my scheduled appointment, and all correspondence with the techs day before and day of service. The technicians- Greg Mills and his son Russell Mills we’re above and beyond professional, they arrived 30 minutes earlier than the expected scheduled appointment time, they were very kind , courtesy, friendly throughout the entire process. They were also extremely helpful with all my questions regarding the new equipment, and very knowledgeable about the process, and products they were insulating. They took pride in their work and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. They also showed me how to work the wifi thermostat Greg installed step by step to make sure I didn’t have any issues, concerns, or problems with it. I

They came into the house and introduced their selves and explain to me everything that they were going to do. As they were going through the process of fixing the heat and the air they explained to me throughout the process everything they were doing. They also explained to me how to work the thermostat and I really do appreciate them they are good hard workers. Want to give a special thanks to Keith and Brayden for their hard work and making sure everything was running smooth. The house feels better already.

Ok so I don’t know where to begin.as you can see it’s 9:45 at night at the end of September and the unit that was installed by this company can’t even cool or dehumidify correctly in mild conditions. This is caused by installing an undersized system in my house. I have made several attempts to have this issue resolved and they did respond once by installing an inline dehumidification system which was useless with an undersized system. The manager nor the owner have returned my phone calls and have never spoken to me regarding this matter. I’ve sent several emails and received one the other day saying they would no longer take phone support and were not honoring my warranty on the labor. Anderson heating and air installed two mini splits in my house. They took approximately 2 hours to install them. They cleaned after themselves and hauled off my old window units. They made sure I understood how to use the new units and left behind the user manuals. My home is nice and cool, now. I appreciate the level of commitment, speed, and professionalism they took in installing these two units.

Excellent customer service they was very friendly and helpful I think they did a awesome job. Communication was great and I love their work ethic.. and no mess left behind.. they work good together.
