This review pertains only to hardwood floor refinishing. Our restoration company contracted Georgia flooring to refinish our hardwood floors after water damage in our home. We assumed they were a reputable company and allowed them to go ahead with the process. Seth, the owner, came over to discuss the project. The first red flag probably was when he said, " Thanks for giving us the opportunity." The next red flag was probably when they said they could start the following Monday. Most companies are booked for weeks....But we were anxious to get the process over with, since we would be out of our house for 2 weeks.
