Great work, had a old beat up unit replaced with new top of the line Carrier roof top unit with engineered duct system, and mini split in a inclosed patio. The old system was so noise you couldn't watch TV without having to turn up the volume. This new system when it turns on you can't even tell its running. Working with Joe on this project was a breeze, he is very knowledgeable you can tell he is a expert in his trade, and able to meet all my requirements, and I had a lot. Their quality or work is second to none, I wouldn't have any other company work anything HVAC related. I can't wait to have them blow in insulation. Thanks again Anderson Refrigeration you did one Hella job.

My AC was out for roughly 2 weeks I had 2 local companies to come look at my unit and they couldn’t fixed it. One of the companies tried to tell me that my unit couldn’t be fixed and needed to get replaced and it was gonna cost $9500 roughly I was hesitant in spending the money so I called Anderson refrigeration just to get a diagnostic and to get a second opinion, I was told by the technician that arrived that “It’s and easy fix” the technician had my unit running in about 2 hours my AC has been running perfect ever since . I wanted to come on here and share my experience with y’all and give a big thank you to Anderson Refrigeration they saved me from spending extra money on and install when it wasn’t needed. I will be using they’re services again. I Highly Recommend!!

Awesome company amd people. Edwards and Joe were very friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you so much for your fast service. Other companies wouldn't even come out for 4 to 6 weeks. Anderson doesn't even, service my problem anymore but they came right out anyway. Jessica was very courteous and helpful . Thank you all so much. Great company.

Anderson Refrigeration is amazing! These guys are very attentive to your needs and truly care about you. Jessica and Joe went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of every step of the way. We are now enjoying our brand new system! DO NOT hesitate to give these guys a call. Contacted Anderson Refrigeration about doing some work on an A/C "squirrel cage". They sent out a tech just to tell me what it was (even though I already told them what it was) No problem. Asked them when they'd call with the estimate and was told later that day or the next. Over a week later and they finally called by which time I already fixed it myself. When asked why I should have to pay them for the "diagnostic" when they didn't even bother to call me and let me know it would be a WEEK before they even had an estimate, the secretary said she wasn't going to argue with me and hung up on me ...... TWICE !! Stay away from this place. Horrible customer service !!
