My dryer threw an error code that the duct was 95% clogged. I called Andgar, and they were able to send a technician out within a few hours that same morning. A young man named Carson came, the vent was not easily accessible, so he was going to clean it from the inside out. It appeared that the vent itself was clean, but the end was clogged. Carson put on his coveralls, and climbed into a very small low space under our deck to clean it out. He also ensured that the dryer was working properly before leaving. He definitely went way above and beyond, crawling under that small space was definitely not part of his job. We were so thankful for his dedication and work ethic. So thankful that he was the technician that was dispatched to attend as any other worker definitely should have climbed

Wonderful experience purchasing a replacement furnace for our home. Both the sales and installation teams were extremely prompt, professional, and friendly. The installation team did a great job with the install, and took the time to familiarize me with the new system and thermostat, educating me on thermostat setup and filter maintenance. I’ve had great experiences with Andgar’s maintenance team over the years with our old furnace, and will continue using them for all of my HVAC need’s moving forward.

We are preparing a house for sale and Ken VanRooyen came, serviced the furnace and resurrected an old gas fireplace. He was on time, efficient and explained what he was doing. He cleaned up after the work and it was very affordable. This is a company I have used for almost 50 years. They always do a great job.
