I hired this company to fix water damage in my home while I was living in Florida, so I had to trust them to handle everything honestly. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. They kept “finding” more and more leaks, and at some point I genuinely believe those leaks were being exaggerated or even made up so they could get more money from my insurance. Very Unsafe Driving I had a frightening experience involving one of this company’s vehicles on Lending Burg Rd. The driver cut directly in front of me, forcing me to slam on my brakes to avoid an accident. This kind of reckless driving is completely unacceptable, especially from a company vehicle that represents a business. The license plate of the vehicle ended in 281, so there should be no confusion about which driver this was. If this is how the company allows its employees to operate on public roads, I would seriously question their professionalism and regard for public safety.

I wish very much that I could leave a 5-star review. Unfortunately, our experience was extended and frustrating: -We were initially duplicate billed for some mitigation services. When pointed out, it was dismissed as lack of understanding how invoicing works with mitigation. Only after our insurance adjuster pointed out the same thing was the duplicate charge removed. -We paid a $1,000 downpayment the day mitigation work started. This downpayment was not reflected on our invoice until pointed out. If that had been the only issue, we'd understand--mistakes happen. However, combined with the duplicate charges, it impacted our trust in their billing. -We were assured all services would be covered by insurance. I was going on a trip cross country and right before I left, my washing machine backed up and water was everywhere. I was very happy with how quick RestoraMate was able to arrive stop the leak and immediately get working on fixing my flooring and walls. 4 days later you would never know we had a leak.
