Andrea is extremely knowledgable and proficient at conservation and restoration of all works on paper. Most recently, she successfully reduced, almost completely eliminating, a dark water stain going through the center and right through an ink signature on a valuable 100+ year-old lithograph on extremely delicate paper. While addressing the main concern, she also mitigated existing creases and mended tears, while also stabilizing the condition of the sheet against further degredation. She provided a report of everything she did, for provenance. Andrea's pricing is extremely reasonable. More importantly, she works quickly and meets her estimates for cost and time. Andrea is simply incredible-- I have no doubt the best in the business. I brought her a very beloved silkscreen (an expensive piece and a birthday gift to myself) that was in incredibly poor condition as the previous owner had allowed it to bang around in a drawer with some uncapped pens. It was filthy and heavily marked, as well as creased in two locations. Andrea had it looking nearly museum-ready in an incredibly reasonable timeframe. She is a true professional-- she knows her stuff, she is upfront about timing and costs, and she is realistic about what can and can't be done. I really couldn't recommend her more, and I look forward to working with her again!

Andrea is a magician... she repaired both of my old delicate pieces.The first pictured below was very badly rippled & torn, the second a fragile pastel was also torn & needed removing from an ancient & rotting wood frame. You can hardly see where they were repaired. She also did them for me quickly which I needed for shipping them, ahead of time. Can not recommend her highly enough!

Andrea is one of the finest paper conservationists in the country. She has done conservation work for the Metropolitan Museum of Art, MoMA, Sotheby's, Christie's, etc. She has worked on dozens of prints for me over the past 15+ years - from Old Masters to contemporary. Each time, she has at a minimum met my expectations, but more often, she meaningfully exceeds them. She loves what she does and it is apparent in her work. No job is too small and she is always completely transparent in assessing what she believes she can (and cannot) accomplish. You can place absolute trust in Andrea to care for your works on paper whether they be worth a few hundred or a few hundred thousand dollars. She is one of the best.
