We made a call to our landlord about our AC issues and Andy came out that same night even though it was late and tried to fix our problem. It wasn't a quick fix so he came out the next day and got the parts he needed and got our AC working better than the previous installer who a year ago put in the wrong parts just to get the job done and we always had issues until the system failed. Andy also sprayed the coils and checked the refrigerant coolant even though that was nowhere near the problem. He was there to replace the motor and squirrel cage at the vent. He was also always in contact with me with updates and arrival times. I hope our landlord sticks with him. My kid is definitely happy. 10/10

We have Andy do the regular maintenance on our two AC units. Following that, we had him install cabinet UV lights and air scrubbers in the two units as well. He is very personable and professional. He does quality work. We value and trust his opinion when it comes to any of our AC unit needs! Would recommend without hesitation

Over a year ago, my unit was having some trouble and Andy was able to resolve the issue quickly and effectively. Remembering his care and transparency from that experience, when I was having another issue again last week, he was first on my list to reach out to for support. He was incredibly helpful with walking me through steps over the phone for a temporary solution until he would be able to get out the next day. After seeing Andy's business card at a local restaurant, we decided to call and have him come inspect our 21 y/o HVAC unit that hasn't been optimally functioning. We noticed a surge in all the electrical when it came on, and noticed it was having a hard time staying at 78 degrees during the peak of the afternoon heat.
