I have consistently encountered issues with this company, yet I have continued to do business with them, acknowledging that no organization is flawless. However, the current situation is entirely unacceptable. On Monday morning, December 29, 2025, I made a payment via debit card for my oil. The representative assured me that the oil would be delivered on December 30. I requested same-day delivery, because we were empty, and the representative confirmed that they would attempt to deliver the oil on the same day, with a guaranteed delivery on December 30. As of 5:00 pm on December 30, the delivery had not arrived. I contacted the emergency representative, who informed me that she would notify Diane of the situation. Very pleased with the service I received on Nov 21st 2025. John explained how the furnace actually makes certain normal noises during operation.....also how all the filters are replaced during a clean including the tank. He had to put a few new parts on and dated all the parts on a service tag so I have record of all that was done. Knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Highly recommend Andys Oil for your Furnace needs.

Our family has been working with Andy's Oil for years. We have always known them to be hard working and honest people. Recently an unfortunate incident occurred when getting our furnace cleaned, but the Andy's Oil team, especially Diane, acted fast and thoughtfully to rectify the situation. I highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking to build a new relationship with an oil service.

Thought we would try this company. They suggested using there app. Did that. On app they ask you size of tank. Mine is 275. They instantly charged me for 275 gallons . Over 1000 dollars. How can you charge someone when you don’t even know how much there tank is going to take. Just because I have 275 tank doesn’t mean it’s empty. Called them and the person could hardly speak English and was very rude telling me that’s what they do. That is not a good business. Charging people for something they didn’t receive . They are scamming people . I cancelled the order and told them to reverse the cc. There was no way I was allowing them to do that. They lost a potential customer . Be ware

I write to express my gratitude to everyone at Andy’s Oil in this national emergency we are all facing. Last night as I daily normally do went down to basement to feed our Turtle. As I finished & started to head back upstairs to go to bed. I heard the furnace come on & as I walk back to turn off the light switch. I noticed from rear copper tailpipe attached to a valve on top of furnace was leaking boiling water. As I shut off furnace switch more water exited in greater amount. I had my wife call Andy’s Oil emergency contact , A young courteous young lady answered phone . I explained to her what was happening she rapidly verified my location & contact information. As soon in minutes as I hanged up I received a call from Diane to inform us that service person is en route to our location. T
