This is about as good a customer experience as you could have. I made a call about an issue w iour main water supply pipe coming in to our house. The whole experience started with Leah on the phone, she was quick to call back and actually set an appointment for two hours later on the same day. Victor and Emily were on time, very professional, very gracious, very easy to talk to, good sense of humor, easy to be around while they were working in the house. I appreciate that very much because it’s not always the case. Victor explained every detail what they were doing and why, made a couple of appropriate suggestions of a couple other things that needed to be updated.
