Angel Heating & Cooling

They flooded my basement and stuck me with the bill! I had a new furnace installed with a humidifier. They connected the humidifier to the water line with a saddle valve which started leaking. I found my newly redone finished basement flooded two weeks after the install, they came and replaced the valve with what appears to be the proper install, but told me the water damage is my problem! I provided receipts for the one year old carpet and vinyl floor that has to be replaced, they refused to take responsibility and now I’m out around $10k and the basement is a mess!

I called Angel because I want to replace an HVAC system that was from 2002. Brandon showed me some heat pump options which was limited because of the space and set up but he, Russ & Mustafa were able to get it done. Installation process was done in 2 days and all people worked very professionally.

Manny was very knowledgeable and throughly assessed and corrected my boiler/thermostat issue. Unlike HVAC specialists from other companies he did not just try to sell me a new system because it was not needed. He analyzed, identified, and corrected the issues as a true technician should. I would recommend Manny every time and his customer service was impeccable.

These guys did a great job , new system was installed the next day. Brandon ,the project manager was very helpful with choosing the system suitable for the house , was very polite and professional. Technicians Mustafa and Andrii arrived on time with a the new system and didn’t leave until the job was finished, with the new system installed and turned on , which was pretty quick, they also took care of removing old system from the premises. I would recommend these guys anytime. Great job all around.

I contacted Angel Heating for an estimate on a new heating system and was treated with kindness from start to finish! Brandon took his time did a complete walk through the house to inspect my heating system and returned with two itemized proposals for me to choose from. He explained each new heating system and gave me room to decide which system I wanted. Very respectful young man and great at his job! Once I chose a system, Mustafa and Artem arrived a put in the new heating system in two day’s. They cleaned up after themselves as well and did a fantastic job.
