Great cleaning service, they go out of their way to accommodate for specific concerns. I will definitely be using them again.

House cleaner arrived on time. She was not very professional and left such a mess I was embarrassed. They definitely over charge. I've lived all over this country and have had many housekeepers (in addition to 8 years experience being a housekeeper myself) and this was by far my worst experience. When I called the office to let them know there was work avoided, they told the housekeeper to come back, re-vacuum and take out the trash. There was also dust left. The attitude of the housekeeper was awful. I will never use them again.

I would give 0 stars if it weee an option. This is a scamming company. Initial contact was made via phone call. The business was very unprofessional, hung up and decided to that texting via an email account would be easier, it was convenient so I continued to inquire about services. The member required that payment be made upfront. Showed up an hour late for the service, did not want me either present at the residence to explain the items to be cleaned but had forgotten upon arrival. After throughly walking her through items to be cleaned, I left to return to work. Upon returning home, the woman was GONE. Nothing in the home was clean, blinds were left open, windows unlocked, door unlocked, her cleaning supplies were left. Once realizing this I called to inquire about what happened, I was

I would not recommend this company to anyone who is professional and expecting a higher level of service. What I was promised when I contacted this company, is not what I received. I was told someone would contact me when they were on there way; that did not occur. I was told my cleaning was scheduled for a Saturday morning at 9 am; the person arrived Sunday at 4:07 pm followinga text sayingthe ETA wss 2 pm. The company had A LOT of EXCUSES and the management was not. available. All of thr services were not completed when they left.

Showed up 40 mintues late. Crew did not offer to do a walk through with homeowner. Left dust on shelving, mantle, cabinets. Didn't bother wiping windows or blinds. Had to ask to correct poorly mopped floors. Left without saying they were finished. Disgusted, called to have the house gone through again. Poor communication. Never recieved any verification emails or phone calls. Next cleaning attempt was better yet still not "move out clean". Once again no walk through or communication crew left without speaking to homeowner. Not worth your time.
