Another person here who had a reasonable quote, agreed to it and then never heard from them. When I tried to find out when they might do the work, it was the deflection "I'll have to check with Chad" and no return call. This was more than once. If I left a message, there was no return call.

Came out and gave a quality estimate to remove rock. Said he'd stop by in a week or two to remove it. After three weeks, I reached out and reception said she'd talk to him. After a couple more weeks, I left voicemails two different times with no reply. After a third call, a guy left a voicemail that was very vague sounding like he couldn't do it anymore because I had added some more rock to be removed (keep in mind that two months had passed and I had mentioned it in each contact that I would be willing to pay more for the extra rock I was going to add. Lack of communication and follow through will stop me very ever trying to do business with them again.

We went to them for work we wanted done on our new house. Chad came and we discussed our thoughts and ideas. He stated he would get.back to us within a week to show us his plan. Two weeks later I stopped in to see how they were doing. They had no record of our conversation. I asked them to get in contact with us so we could have a plan this year. She said I will have chad call you. Two weeks later still no contact. Disappointing to say the least. I guess we will find someone interested in the customer. Obviously they won't get my "Best in Marshalltown" rating.

We already got an estimate from them. We called to see if we were on the list to have our landscaping done around our house numerous times. But they never seem to return our calls.

I needed two retaining walls to replace old and rotting ones. I hired Chad, and so glad I did! Amazing work, insightful ideas, great ideas on the fly and very pleasant to work with.
