Called to see if they have my brakes and how much they were. Lady I spoke to was nice but failed to tell me that they close the office for lunch from 12 to 1 pm. As I was waiting for the doors to open the dude who was inside just came and unlock the doors didn't open them for me and another man waiting didn't do anything. We walked in and he was sitting down in his desk looking at something other than us and said what can I do for you buddy? Pretty awful customer service good concrete blocks.

Staff is awesome. Know all of them. I pick up there for our store distribution. Masons are better off buying from RJ's than direct from here for under a pallet quantity.
