Be wary of working with Anglin. They do not pay their bills nor respond to inquiries forcing contractors to file mechanic's lien against owner property. Upon receipt of notice of mechanic's lien and poor Google review, Anglin then contacts you highly upset and threatening legal action over the choices you have made to protect your interests in their project. You reach an agreement... they will pay their overdue balance + a minimum of half the cost of the incurred attorney's fees (our owner is hoping they would do what's honorable and cover all fees). In turn, you will remove the lien and the negative Google review. You hold up your end of the bargain. They only pay their overdue balance. And they again ignore your inquires. Google review is then resurrected. Let's see if attorney's

It’s been a long time coming for this review because I had to wait until they were done to write a review - it’s written in the contract. We hired these guys through Home Advisor. They did a deck for us - which is beautiful - but it took forever. I mean months to get done. Because we loved their workmanship with the deck we hired them to finish our basement and they told us they could be done in 8-12 weeks.. It took almost a year for them to finish. Months went by where they didn’t work and had no contact with us. We tried - phone, voicemail, text - but heard nothing. We had to pay 55% upfront for them to even start work. BOTTOM LINE: They promised they’d have the work done in 8-12 weeks, we didn’t get any communication from them about why there was a delay and it took a year to

This company is very respectful, understanding, and outstanding with their work. I hired them to demolish an inground pool in my yard. They got the job finished In a very short time for a reasonable price. The gentlemen that did the work were also very nice and left me a satisfied customer. I can now enjoy my back yard. I highly recommend these guys.

Kyle was one of the most helpful individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He answered all my questions with professionalism and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. We WILL be using him and his company again!

Incomplete work at Ashton Condominiums. Anglin Construction was contracted to complete a window replacement project and departed without proper fitment and screens, etc. included by manufacturer, Simonton. Admittedly, we place some of the blame on our former management company, 1st Service Residential for not properly managing vendors to ensure completion of contracts. The workers onsite were professional and courteous and understandably the company may have experienced some turnover in their workforce.
