I cannot speak highly enough about Justin. We have had him a number of years and can't imagine having anyone else. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things critters related and explains everything he does. He understands that you live in your house and doesn't spray noxious chemicals everywhere (which we've had done by other exterminators). If we've had an issue with a specific critter, he will make sure he gets to the bottom of the problem and provide a solution. He's very personable and accommodating along with being very reasonably priced. We just had an unexpected skink get in our back door and hang out in the entryway, and Justin was at our house in less than 30 minutes to remove it. Total lifesaver!!!
