Ankmar Garage Door

Ankmar came in clutch when I needed a part about a year ago to repair my garage door. Where most other companies will not sell you a part, and will require you to hire their technicians to come, inspect, estimate, and hopefully resolve the issue, they allow you to buy a part and fix it yourself. This is exactly why when one of my garage door springs broke, I called them, scheduled a repair and had them replace the springs and cables for my garage door. Not only was the technician knowledgeable, professional, and thorough, but he also shared his knowledge and experience with me as he worked on the garage door. Absolutely the best customer service! We had an issue with our doors not opening on a Friday and we were out of town. Akmar respond very quickly to come out that day when our house sitter was available to fix the issues. Since we were close to our annual check up they offered a discount to perform their annual checkpoints. They were very clear what our charges would be and got everything taken care of in a timely manner.

The sales rep that we worked with reached out, came to the house and gave us a quote very quickly. There was no pressure tactic which I appreciate. The company as a whole came in at a lower price point than other companies for the same door. The sales rep is definitely on her A-game. The only thing was once the doors were ordered, I had to reach out multiple times to check on the doors/installation. One panel was defective and checking on the status/install required me reaching out several times. The company took care of the replacement though. Overall, I am very pleased with the entire process and they have honored their word.

Call center, local dispatcher, and service technician were all pleasant and cared to save my garage door. They answered the phone quickly, sent out a technician quickly, and fixed the garage door quuckly. Highly recommend!

Our garage door support lost a bolt and became inoperable. It was late in the day, on a Saturday, but I called anyway. The service person was very helpful and we were able to get it serviced first thing on Monday. The man that completed the service was very helpful, knowledgable and efficient. We had two more doors checked out as well. The price was very reasonable. They are a great company to work with.
