Our experience with AKB was fantastic from start to finish. Morgan’s design expertise was outstanding, and she was a pleasure to work with. Duayne’s scope-of-work proposal was complete and easy to understand. His tile and stone contractors offered a wide array of products, and Morgan guided us through our selections. The construction crew, led by Lewis, was meticulous and professional, and they cleaned up carefully after the project. The work was completed on time and on budget—couldn’t ask for anything more.

We hired Annapolis Kitchen and Bath to replace the tub in my mother's bathroom with a walk-in shower. Duane and his team had remodeled the entire bathroom a few years ago, but at the time my mother wanted to keep the bath. We were very happy with the first remodel, and didn't even consider working with someone else for this project. It was a relatively small project, but Duane didn't treat it that way. He was sensitive to my mother's needs design-wise, as well as doing everthing possible to avoid being disruptive. He was personally on-site, sometimes multiple times a day, to be sure that things were being done correctly and that we were happy. The price was very reasonable and the service was fantastic. We had a small, very outdated guest bath that was a severe need of remodel. when we walked into their showroom on Annapolis Street and met Duane and Morgan, we knew immediately that we were working with the right team. Morgan provided the design which required very little tweaking. She has a keen eye for color and beautiful taste in the fixtures and furnishings. Dwayne and Morgan joined us at vendor locations to pick out tile and countertops and consistently provided helpful guidance and recommendations. Annapolis Kitchen and Bath just completed two beautiful bathrooms for us. We could not be happier with the service or the result. They do impeccable work and no detail is too small to consider. The crew is polite and cleans up after themselves every day. Duane, the owner, creates a precision schedule that includes what they will be working on each day. Duane is very responsive and never lets anything fall through the cracks. Highly recommend!!!
