We have used Annapolis Sanitation for over 15 years. They are fabulous! We never had a septic system before moving to our current house. They generously taught us everything we needed to know to keep the system functioning well. Jody is very knowledgeable, and patiently answers all of our questions. He is quick to respond for requests for service, and is very respectful of our property, always leaving things better than he found them. I highly recommend Annapolis Sanitation for all of your septic services!

I had my septic tank pumped out today. They were on time and did a great job. They were very respectful of my property. I highly recommend this family business and will be using them in the future.

Last year June 2019, I paid to have the septic pumped from a home we purchased and it cost us $370. Only to have a sewage backup in my basement last week October 2019. We have a 1500 gallon tank and upon calling a plumber we found that we actually needed our septic pumped. It was SO FULL that it was blocking the exit pipe. This Annapolis Sanitation company never emptied the septic in June 2019 but we certainly paid for it in more ways than one. BEWARE of the "We did the job SCAM". We only have 2 adults and one child in our house and no way a 1500 gallon tank would be this full 1 year later.
