Anna's Best Garage & Overhead Doors

My spring broke on my garage door and it was on a late Saturday afternoon when I realized it was broken. Contacted Anna’s Best Garage & overhead doors spoke to Spencer, he got me into touch with Matt. Matt came out Sunday afternoon and replaced my springs. Matt is a very knowledgeable and gentleman with garage doors. Spencer very nice and compassionate to the customer on the phone. I will recommend Matt and team to anyone who needs garage door repairs. I appreciate everything Matt did for me.

Billy responded to the service call quickly. Fix the issues and did the recommended annual maintenance on both the garage door. He quoted fair price for the job. Also showed me the maintenance home owners need to do. Overall I am happy with the service he provided.

I contacted this business as a certified Genie garage door dealer. Matt supposedly ordered me a replacement unit. After weeks waiting, numerous texts and phone calls I have concluded that no order was ever placed. I have contacted Genie regarding this business's qualifications to be certified by them. Also it's hard to believe that the list of high ratings are not fraudulent. Customer Beware!!
