Another Beautiful Job

Jennifer and her team did my roof, soffits, gutters, and downspouts last year 2024. The roof does not leak as it did before from another roof that was put on in 2009, thank God. Jennifer is prompt at taking care of any issues. My roof is not only beautiful, it does not leak. Thank you Jennifer. And it was at a great price. Less than half what I was quoted from the bigger roofing companies.

Giving Jennifer the opportunity to repair my roof was the biggest mistake I made in a long time. Her team created a leak in my roof and she’s now not responding at all. Now I have to get another company to come out and fix it. She also was suppose to replace my gutters that I paid 1900 upfront for and we had a issue so I asked for my money back she only gave me 500 dollars and now she’s ignoring my calls/texts. RIDICULOUS!!!

Would not recommend. Most importantly, my roof was damaged by her team and now has a substantial leak, and they have been giving me the runaround trying to get it fixed again. Now the owner is ghosting me. It's been 5 weeks since they promised they would fix it immediately... Additional info for your consideration: the owner is pretty bad about communicating. She had to delay my roof repair several times and was not proactive about rescheduling. When it was finally completed, payment became a problem because her payment methods had been suspended. In short, find someone else.

BEWARE, this woman is a train wreck and crook. She started a job for me partially finishing it, then taking off with a material deposit without ordering it. Now 5 months later, the job is costing more with another contractor because of the damage she has caused. I have gone to court and secured a judgment against her. She is a fraud, do not fall for her sob stories!
