This company is the Chic fil a of restoration companies. They are the upmost respectful and professional. They come daily to check on you and your home. They make sure you understand every step of the process and ask for any questions and concerns. The staff of Phil, Kayne, James, Carter, and Chris along with Lindsay are phenomenal! They truly care!

Wyatt and Kayne just left after working on my house after a pipe burst and flooded it! I must say these two very respectful and polite young men were so professional, accommodating to a " vintage" lady with her questions and worries, and kept me aware of what they were doing each step of the way!!! I loved that the company chooses plant- based chemicals that are safe for customers and pets. Kayne and Wyatt were in and out in just over an hour. Great experience in spite of an unfortunate happenstance! Thanks so much- highly recommend this company.

ANR restoration did the mitigation and restoration of our home. Chelsea, the office manager answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Lindsay and her crew did the mitigation and kept me informed every step of the way as to what was going on. When the insurance finally decided to pay Jeff came in and did the restoration. He answered all of my questions and came back to finish a few things. We have a new home now. I have attached a before and after picture of the same area in the house.

The two young men that came out here were amazing. One of their names is Wyatt and His help they were absolutely amazing extremely polite very efficient stayed busy could not ask for any better. Help to come here and do the cleanup in the floor removal like they did very respectful. I would definitely call A&R and I would want these two men to come back out to my house again. And I cannot leave out Jeff. He was absolutely amazing with keeping me informed about everything that was gonna happen staying in touch with me through the entire process Jeff thank you very much. You’re an amazing person and I’m glad your company is the one that came here..

Lindsey, who assessed my damage, was really nice. However, nothing could ever get scheduled. She kept saying they were really busy with frozen pipes. I gave up. There was a lack of follow-through. Occasionally, it felt like I was either forgotten or they just didn’t care. Promises weren’t kept. I ended up disappointed. I had to go somewhere else.
