JT Roofs

We recently had JT Roofs redo our deck, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding. They truly go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied, taking the time to answer all our questions and making sure every detail was perfect. The quality of their work is top-notch, and they were professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process. The triple Js - Jeff, John, and Justin are all amazing.They are all very personable and professional. Justin had just started with the company and he hit the ground running helping with our big project. He’s doing a great job. They have an amazing crew and they were willing to help with whatever with no complaints. Thank you all so much for giving us our dream deck.

JT Roofs did a fantastic job. We had hired Red Umbrella to install our roof and their work was subpar to say the best. Once we hired JT Roofs the job went very smoothly. The communication and work was above and beyond. They installed a solar tube for us as well and they resolved the issues the other company left us and got the paperwork submitted to insurance. They left no mess and the house was as clean as it was before they came. Very down to earth and easy to communicate with. Andrew Lawyer was easy to get ahold of and kept us informed about the project. Very knowledgeable and great job. Hopefully we won't need them again but would use them again in a heartbeat.

Poor communication and did not stick to what original plan -2 weeks became 34 days . Project manager was the worst / unprofessional, disingenuous, unresponsive , and more. We had to deal with our salesperson as he would not respond . Said they would show up - never did Never called, dropped off materials in our street . I think they should stick to roofs ! Final project is fine but all of the aggravation dealing with them was not worth it .months after this review we find out they didn’t get proper inspection from the city and now have to undo some work and redo it . I would give a 0 if I could

I had a new fence and deck put in and they did a fantastic job. I could not be happier. Special thanks to the salesman I worked with Andrew Lawyer. He was friendly professional and always answered my questions.

JT Roofs replaced my old 20 year old deck with a new larger deck. I’m very pleased with the new one! I worked with Jonathan Phillips and the overall experience was very positive and professional from the initial consultation through construction. Their quotation was detailed and Jonathan answered any questions promptly. He was also patient and very responsive when I had questions during construction. The construction crew was efficient, hard working, polite, and did not leave a mess. Mark M
