I called this company because I was told they were the one that installed my furnace prior to me moving in. The man was nice on the phone, he came out quickly. He was late the day he was scheduled to come out, but I wasn’t really worried about that. When he came in to look at the furnace, I feel like he didn’t even really look at it or diagnose the problem. He left quickly And said he would be in touch later that day after he made a few phone calls to my furnace company because it is still under warranty. Of course no phone call back. Two days later he still hasn’t called. I decided to call My furnace company myself and found another company that could fix my furnace. The new company came and within an hour fixed the problem. They fixed it without even replacing any parts. ANS said I prob

Bryon installed a new AC condenser and evaporator coil through our warranty company after ours stopped working. He came out and took measurements and submitted for parts through the warranty company. He seems like a nice guy at first but we quickly realized after he installed our new system that it wasn’t working. After many failed attempts to contact him and have him fix the problem we had another HVAC company come out through the warranty company. They were quickly able to tell us that Bryon installed the wrong evaporator coil. It cost the insurance company another $2,500 to rectify his mistake and weeks without air in the middle of summer. I would urge you to take a look at all of his reviews and responses to customers before you allow him to do any work at your home.

Terrible, barely looked at the unit HE installed 6 years earlier and went on about needing to replace everything and how we should sign up for a home warranty and he would 'make some calls' and call us back later in the day. No call of course. Obviously I called a reputable local company for a second opinion and they fixed it in 30 minutes. Came the next morning. System simply needed a cleaning. Beware of this one.

Bryon is the nicest guy on the phone. He made 5 appointments with me and never showed up to any of them. In 2018 he was assigned by American Home Shield to come to my house. Never showed up. Then again this year April/May 2020 he was assigned again and called and made appointments but never showed up. He's been put on the list of contractors they're not allowed to send to my house. I had no heat for a month. Thank goodness the outside temperature was only in the 30s a few nights. I hope I can add pictures to this review because I have all the text messages.

SCAM ARTISTS! AMERICAN HOME SHIELD PAID THEM FOR COMING OUT TO SERVICE OUR HEATING SYSTEM. THEY NEVER CAME TO OUR HOME AT ALL. AHS AND ALL THE FAKE CONTRACTORS THEY USE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.
