We wanted carpeting replaced in 3 rooms and a laminate floor removed and replaced in a small bathroom. The estimate provided (with home-show discounts included) was significantly lower than the competition and the quality of flooring available was excellent. The sales staff was very hands-on and had a positive response time for all of our questions and concerns. The installers were polite, efficient, and very clean. We felt valued as customers and are very happy with the results.

I was in the floor covering business for over 30 years and retired from it. I needed high end carpet for a custom staircase, hallway, and bed rooms. David and his team are highly experienced and knowledgeable. Amazing customer service 5 stars to Ansbro!!

Great selection of flooring....however, no customer service. Have had issues with install since November. It takes multiple phone calls to get anyone to come back to look at problems. Then when they do, they tell me”we’ll have to get back to you on that”. Guess what, they NEVER “get back to me”. Warranty up in November...maybe they’re just waiting me out?? Flooring cracked due to improper install. Update.... July 24, issues finally resolved. IF you buy flooring from this company, insist on Bob B. as your installer! He’s fantastic!

Went there to purchase carpet for 3 bedrooms. Dave took time to show us all of our options and thoroughly described all the diiferent types to us. Dave came out took measurements and had a proposal to us promptly. Carpet was ordered, scheduled and installed promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend!!

On Feb 4th, 2011 we purchased new carpeting from Aldrich for our home. We spent over $7000.00 after taking the recommendation of the slaesman to buy the Shaw Full Design with the pad upgrade so we would have the BEST warranty in the industry. There are three adults living in the house and three dogs. We have followed the Shaw warranty requirement by vacuuming the carpet weekly and having the carpet professionally cleaned once a year using the service recommended by Aldrich. October of 2013 we had the carpet cleaned and after the gentleman finished he pointed out several areas that were showing wear and that we should call the dealer and have it looked at. November of 2013 Shaw sent out an "independent" carpet inspector who basically pointed out the wear areas and spent about 30 minute
