Beautiful product, however, the packaging was subpar and the entire 2,000 sq ft of wood was damaged in shipment. I trusted the company would work with me to get a refund from the shipper, but I didn't do my diligence to get paperwork from them with the settlement from their shipper and I believe the company shorted me a thousand dollars of refund for poorly packaged product. I should have refused the shipment when I heard it was damaged, but I trusted the company would work with me, as they said they would. It was the saddest most expensive game of pick-up sticks I've ever played. The owner was quite a treat when I asked for the refund to be processed in the first place and had to come back several times to remind them to process the claim after one of their employees left and let my claim

Everyone I worked with here was incredibly diligent, helpful, and at the top of their craft. You simply won’t find higher quality craftsmanship in custom wood flooring or cladding, and I say that as someone with plenty of experience in the industry.
