I’ve had pretty good service experience if it was my heater or plumbing but if you need your AC worked on I waited over a week and a half.We never had any communication on when they might be getting to us was only told we were on the list . They only have 2 guys to do AC so you could be waiting a while.

I had a water heater that emergently needed replacing. I called and got serviced the same day!! Shelah was just as nice as she could be, and Jeremy was exceptional, incredibly fast, tidy, and he was more than happy to answer all of my troubling questions. I will definitely be calling them again for whatever issues I might have in the future! Thank you guys so much! You all are life savers!!

Called last Wednesday around 8:00 am and spoke to the woman who answered the phones. Explained our air conditioning was not working. She took my information and said someone would come out. I asked if they could please call before they came (dogs) and she said someone would. No one called. I called the next day around 3:00 pm to follow up and left a message. No returned call. It’s now Wednesday of the following week and they’ve yet to return my calls. If they were busy, they could’ve told me that and I would’ve understood, but a week without communication is bad business.

Had a water leak on a Sunday and couldn't get the main water to shut off either so the water just kept coming and filling up the basement. We called and they immediately sent someone right away and he went right to work to get it resolved and stop the water. He went above the call and we were extremely grateful! Great company and very professional service.

This place is an absolute joke. First they didn’t show up when they were supposed to. Then show up four days later and curse you out on the phone because nobody’s home. How this place is still in business is mind boggling! Do yourself a favor and spend your money on a place that takes pride in what they do! I would give Anthony’s a minus five stars if I could!
