Had a water heater installed and central air unit, they were very efficient, professional and respectful. Did the work in timely manner cleaned up when the project was finished. Got a follow up call days later and asked if everything was working correctly or any questions. Very pleased and satisfied, thank you.

The workers there are all very nice and the owner is great- unfortunately the end results haven’t gone well. They messed up my water heater, installing the wrong one, then messed up installing the right one, it took hours to put in and I was charged well over three times the listed price due to labor resulting in their mistake. Another time I had water on the floor in the basement. After reviewing and cleaning up using my supplies (only about a gallon of water) and only about 15 minutes of the technician being at my house- I was charged $200. The bill said they didn’t do anything, or know what the problem was, but to call if it happened again.
