Anthony Vanderwerffs Powerwashing

Very unprofessional, did a terrible job on a property we manage and then forced us to pay extra for work he didn’t even do Beware! he brings his kid to work with him which, in my opinion is quite unprofessional. Our tenants are complaining that after he “power washed” the building, they can no longer see through their windows. He doesn’t even stand by his work. Terrible business practices. When we offered to pay him by company check, he had the nerve to try and charge us additional $50.00 stating his bank holds checks for 3 days, as if that’s our problem?! There will be NO future jobs! Believe that! We don’t owe for work that was never performed.

Anthony responded to my inquiry to have the deck power washed and painted. He is polite, respectful, honest, responsible and considerate as well as skilled. His pricing was very fair. The deck looks great and the area was clean and neat when he left. I highly recommend Anthony as a contractor.

Happy with the wash, house looks a lot better with the cleaning. Anthony was able to come by quickly for an estimate and scheduled and completed the job in short order. I got a few estimates and his price was in line with the the others in the area.

He was very prompt and got the job done to my satisfaction. His price was within other power washing companies. I would highly recommend him.
