Lowe’s sent them to repair our washing machine. They have made multiple trips and always need a different part. Then we wait a few more weeks before they can come back. It has been almost 3 months and the washing machine is still not repaired.

JUST DON'T!! RUN FAR !!!! Brought in 2 TVs for repair, after 6 weeks I had to contact them to see if my repairs were even done (was told 2 weeks initially for repair). When I first dropped it off, my TV was stuck on the Hisense icon. Now after picking it up, the Hisense icon issue is gone but the TV has NEW issues I never had!! WHY is my TV stuck in split mirror screen??? I can't get anyone to fix the new issues caused by ANTHONY'S after spending over $100 here for absolutely nothing. Disappointed and not surprised, now I have no TVs at all because they couldn't even fix the other.

The service technician arrived 1/2 hour late. When he arrived, he didn’t wait for me to answer the door, instead just knocked & walked in. He didn’t remove his shoes or put any covering on them. I thought it was rude that he didn’t even ask if I wanted him to. He was dirty, smelled like body odor, hair was greasy & matted. I would have overlooked his appearance if he had properly fixed my range. He went about diagnosing the issue and barked at my husband multiple times to turn the gas on & off, never saying please or thank you. Upon completing the repair, he asked me for some dish soap to check for leaks. I thought to myself,”you don’t carry snoop leak detector with you”? When he was finished, he did not put my range back in place & bent over to take a picture of the model & serial numb

I can not comment on his technical skills only that I brought in a 2 yr old portable AC unit, that wasn't cooling , on July 3, 2023. 4 weeks latter I heard nothing from them and called for a status report. Advised they were busy and would get back to me shortly, Called again after a 2 week wait, same response we've been busy and would try to look at it. They called a couple of hours latter advised the compressor was bad not worth fixing, come and get it. Really !! They had the unit for 6 weeks ! Not a very professional; operation, would suggest you look else wear first.

These guys were called by lowes service to repair a refrigerator , after they had to reschedule twice the tech finally came out and looked at it . He told me the unit was shot and that he would get the paperwork started to get me reimbursed for a replacement unit. That was back in February of 2022. Its now September 2022 and it still has not been repaired or warrantied out . We had to buy a new fridge as we couldn't go 6 months without one. Lowes finally sent my repair ticket to another service company. Hoping it goes better. Stay away from these guys they are very unprofessional and they don't return phone calls or emails. If i could give zero stars i would.
