I had been driving past Anvil for years, waiting for a project they could help me with. That day came! Starting with the cozy showroom and the incredible smell of metal and heat and oil and sounds of hammering and welding coming from the shop, this place is amazing. The showroom is stocked with small items and gifts and examples of their work. Maria helped me with my design and found that they had in-stock railing that would suit me need. I will be back for Housewarming gifts in the near future.

At first I thought the railing legs I bought were great. sturdy, and made well, but after putting up in fall now in spring it's very rusted. I was careful not to scratch the paint, but it must have gotten scratched under the bolts. so when you're done prime and paint your bolts! This is my only gripe, but it's a big one. This Should at least put it on your directions to paint again when we're done. The people are nice and welding still good, just annoyed I spent so much and now in 8 months it's all rusted.

Anvil made and installed exactly the outdoor stair railings we needed. They look great, they're well made, and everything is plumb, square, and parallel where it's supposed to be. The installation crew was friendly, efficient, informative, and neat as a pin. If you want a good job, there are the folks to call.
