We used Ches-Mont to carpet the bedrooms and stairs in a new house. The entire process was seamless. We worked with Ed. He came out to the house to take a look, measure and give an estimate. We met him back at the showroom and he worked with us to choose the carpeting that made the most sense for us then got us scheduled with an installer. Installer also did a wonderful job - everything looks awesome! We're so happy with our experience with them and plan to use them for new flooring for our downstairs, as well. Highly suggest.

Excellent experience.  The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. There are lots of options to choose from. After selecting my products a member of the team came to my house and took the exact measurements and I was provided a fair price.  All questions and concerns were answered. Was let down by Home Depot after being scheduled for 3 weeks. These guys had in stock what we needed and were able to install the next day. Great and easy to work with.
