Listen, things happen - I get it. I dont write reviews usually unless something is really good, or really sucks, and this sucked! We had an appointment booked with this company - my tenant, a single woman with 3 kids, wanted to start a fire and make sure everything is good for the upcoming storm. She booked with a bigger non-local company before calling me, and I had her cancel her appointment once I made one here. He was supposed to arrive between 9-12. Not only did he not show up, he never called. It took me calling an hour after the time frame was up, just to get his VA who then had to call me back. When she called back she explained that he was no longer able to make it, and now he had to push the appointment 7 days later. As you can imagine its hard to get back on someones books fo

They made the whole process quick and easy. The technicians were respectful of my home and explained everything clearly. The fireplace works beautifully now, and there’s no trace of soot anywhere.
