My heat in my house decided not to work. I called and they had a technician out the next day (it was not an emergency, I was just testing it out on a cooler morning) exactly at the time they said. The tech that came out was Corey. He was nice, polite , knowledgeable and was very respectful. He found the problem within minutes and had called the supply shop and verified they had the part in stock. He left to go get the part and once again the time he gave me to get back was exactly what he said. He had the part replaced in less than 10 minutes and had the heat up and running again. He stayed and made sure the system was good to go by letting it run and turning it off and on. He gave me recommendations on the system and tips for the future.
