Daniel was our technician and did an awesome job! 5 STARS! He reached out to me by phone to say hello and let me know he had a cancellation and could get to our house sooner and wanted to know if he could stop by sooner. We were happy to get it done earlier than scheduled. He was professional, did a timely installation, was very respectful of our home and he made the whole process very simple and easy. He is a great ambassador for his company and for his profession. Thanks again!

Awesome guy named Rhett came out between the specified time I was told. Called before to verify which I loved as far as communication. Came in and replaced 1 toilet and repaired a downstairs toilet in a reasonable amount of time. Did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend. This company was referred to us by American home shield warranty. Thank you Rhett for your kindness, communication and great work🪠

The lack of communication from Anytime is unacceptable. This issue dates back to August 2025, when their service resulted in damage to a section of my wall. Before any work was done, the technician stated that he would have to cut into my wall, but assured me the section of wall would be replaced. After repeated attempts to reach them, I was finally connected with a contractor, only to be told that Anytime would not pay for the work. A refund for the cash I originally paid to their technician was then discussed with the owner, but since then my calls and emails have been ignored entirely. If you’re going tell your customer you’re going to resolve an issue it’s best to follow through with what you say.

I had a leak in my shower due to a bad valve to my fancy shower panel. George was here within an hour of me reporting the claim! George not only went and bought new parts, fixed the leak, reconnected my shower panel, he even bought silicone and sealed it back to the wall for me. He also cleaned up after having to cut into my tile a bit to get to the valve. He went above and beyond! I know it was not a simple job and I'm just so very grateful that George came to save the day! He was also very professional and just an all around great person! I can't say enough how lucky I feel that he was sent to my house today. THANK YOU!! I can't comment as to the cost because my Choice Home Warranty covered it! :)

the worst experience I’ve had with a contractor. I was assigned this company by my Home warranty company. This means I was unable to switch to a different contractor. This company does not answer their phones. I spent an average of five days each time trying to get in contact with their office before getting a response. what could’ve been a two day Task, into over 30 Days. I would call them, no one would answer. The voicemail box was full and I would not get a response back for about five Business days. The work was not done well, the contractors who came out did not respect my contact preferences. They would show up late to their five hour window multiple times. I had a window of 7 to 12 today and they showed up at almost 1 PM. If there is a five hour window I find it highly disrespectful
