Rob was very prompt in responding to our request for a consultation. We has a number of repairs/reinforcements that we wanted to proactively address. Rob explained what he would do, how much it would cost, and gave us a timeframe for completion. When it looked like things might get pushed out a day, he contacted us immediately to ensure that would still be acceptable. As a bonus, he even took away some unusable construction materials from a previous project, at no additional charge.
