I am very impressed with this company. It is clear that Jeff cares about his reputation and the customers in this area (Lake County). He came out to get to the bottom of a bad inspection report on our septic system. We had 2 previous. One was good and one was bad. We understood that the bad report was done by a company who did not send an experienced team and completely missed a second tank which should have been obvious to them. This caused undue concern and angst for our potential buyers. Jeff came and tested our system properly and went above and beyond to explain the process and how septic and drain fields work. It was obvious that the good report we had received (after the bogus bad report) was correct! This was such a relief to us and it means the sell of our home can move forward. I

This company is fantastic! They came out same day and got the job done in no time flat!!!! Will absolutely be using them again and I highly recommend them. I live in a more rural area so getting someone to come out is always tough but they had no issue. Thank you guys so being so great!

I previously gave this company a great review two years ago, but I deeply regret it after what happened today. Despite agreeing (with no real choice) to pay their unreasonable fee, Jeff got upset and instructed his crew to leave without properly finishing the job. This is the condition they left my lawn in. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service.

I’ve been using this company for the past few years now. They are always reliable, job well done but most of all very understanding and very affordable. From day one, they treated us like family. Best septic services we have ever received. Jeff and his crew always show up when we need them. Jeff recently replaced my drain field after years of having to pump my tank. Due to financial hardship we weren’t able to replace the drain field two years ago and Jeff still honored the price he gave us. He is truly a man of his word and we will only use him in the future.
