Kevin and Keegan were outstanding! They reset a toilet, unclogged a drain, and repaired a fixture to our bathtub. Super friendly, patient, and helpful. We like the fact of how honest and fair they were. Price was very reasonable and know that the job was done correctly with patience and understanding. They explained everything in detail and did an outstanding job. Great plumbers but even better people. Very customer oriented and communication was excellent. John Nipper was the only plumber out of 4 or 5 we've had at our house at different times due to clogs that could scope our pipe out to the road. It was good to know what was actually going on with the pipe, that we were already planning on replacing. He was also able to tell which direction the pipe was going so we knew what we were getting ourselves into before we had our work done with AP. We were scheduled quick. The job was quick and everything seems good. Customer service was great.

Estimator arrived promptly and provided a verbal estimate before leaving which was reasonable considering a 2 floor stack replacement. Cameron and Peter arrived on time and went straight to work. They were professional, pleasant and polite and were finished before we expected. Explained everything when we peeked in as the job proceeded and the work was top notch. Highly recommended!

The whole process was made very easy, with excellent quality work. I had two sinks with old leaky faucets and out-of-code traps, plus needing to install water shutoffs for one. All of this was taken care of within a couple hours, with complete transparency for what needed doing.

I contacted AP this morning after an unpleasant experience with OCWA. Jason took time to explain to me the possible issues with high water usage (23K gallons in a month as reported by OCWA) He was patient and answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I should know where the issue is. He has amazing service and people skills. I would recommend this local company for all of your plumbing needs.
